A Rechargeable Battery That Could Last 400 Years

Is this battery could be better than Elon Musk (non-invented) world's largest lithium battery in South Australia? Or, think of our laptop battery that could last of a lifetime, I mean more than 4 to 5 times a human lifetime on planet earth. Is this chemist having a punt when they say "accidentally invented it"?
