Mardi Gras is one of the most despicable and sinful celebrations in the world! Although originally began as a religious holiday (holy-day), it's one of the most pagan celebrations existing today. Droves of lesbians, whoremongers, and Sodomites creep into New Orleans every February to participate in this apostate godless event. Woe unto New Orleans!  Woe unto Las Vegas! Woe unto America! God's longsuffering will not hold out forever. Judgment day is coming!

Mardi Gras means "Fat Tuesday" and of course is celebrated on that day of the week. The date can fall between February 3 and March 9 depending on the Catholic Church.  Mardi Gras is always 47 days before Easter Sunday. 

The official colors for Mardi Gras are purple, green, gold. These colors where chosen in 1872 by the King of Carnival, Rex. He chose these colors to stand for the following:

• Purple represents justice
• Green represents for faith
• Gold represents for power

The Mardi Gras season begins about two weeks before Fat Tuesday. During those two weeks, parades can be viewed nightly and on weekends.

Almost all businesses are closed for Lundi Gras (Fat Monday) and for Mardi Gras itself. People all over the world come to New Orleans to enjoy this extravagant holiday.

Homosexuality and Fornication Bring the Judgment of God!

Homosexuality and Fornication are horrible sins, which brought God's wrath and destruction upon the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah in the Old Testament! The Word of God teaches that Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed by fire and brimstone as an EXAMPLE for people TODAY. 

Jude 1:7 states, "Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire." 

As the saying goes, "A picture is worth a thousand words." Why do you think homosexuals HATE and LOATH the term "Sodomite"? They hate it so much that New International Version committee members, Virginia Mollenkott and Marten H. Woudstra, removed the word "sodomite" completely from the Word of God. Look in any NIV bible today and you won't find the word "sodomite." 

Do you know why? Jude 1:7 gives is the reason—because Sodom was destroyed as an EXAMPLE of what WILL happen to the wicked when they burn in Hell. God doesn't want anyone to go to Hell; but it is the choice of each individual to accept or reject Jesus Christ as their Savor. We read in 2nd Peter 3:9, "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." 

Jesus said in John 5:40, "And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life." Jesus didn't say "ye cannot come." No, Jesus said "ye will not come."  The decision is yours alone to make... "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name" (John 1:12). 

Mardi Gras glamorizes the homosexual lifestyle. There are several homosexual websites dedicated just to the Mardi Gras celebration each year in New Orleans. Mardi Gras is one of the most popular homosexual celebrations of the year in America. Ironically, it's also a religious holiday. By the way, Mardi Gras celebrations are held worldwide, not just in New Orleans—all centered around the sins of nudity, lust, lasciviousness, fornication, adultery, gambling, prostitution, drunkenness, homosexuality, witchcraft, idolatry, et cetera. Mardi Gras is all about homosexuality and nakedness. 

If you go to a Mardi Gras festival, you WILL see complete nudity and homosexuality. You will encounter drunkards everywhere, and random fights breaking out. Some people even die. Jesus said He came to heal the sick (Matthew 9:12), and Mardi Gras festivals are some of the sickest places on earth.

Mardi Gras promoters want you to see the friendly parades and the delicious food; but, the Devil always pays with counterfeit money! There's a raging demonic spirit behind the Mardi Gras celebrations. NO professed Christian should ever go to any Mardi Gras festival. The sick debauchery of Mardi Gras has spread all across America like cancer. Here's what goes on at Mardi Gras ...

"Picture this ugliness. Two dozen young men are crowded around a woman who has been pushed flat on a slab. Five men are fondling her breasts. Four others are at her crotch. Two more are pulling off her pants. Another grips her right elbow. Most of the men are smiling. The woman appears dazed. Her left arm flails about. The woman, shown in a series of images captured by a Seattle Post-Intelligencer photographer on Fat Tuesday, fights to get up. Several men pin her down. At one point, there are 19 hands -- white, black, Asian, Hispanic -- on her body.

Or how about this one: A woman on a friend's shoulders is trying to get down. Men grab her from behind, grope her chest and knock her to the ground, where a half-dozen men jump on her and pull her clothes off.

That scene played out several times during the night as video cameras rolled. The tapes and the photographs show reprehensible, infuriating conduct. Were these men having fun? Did those who witnessed the assaults feel any responsibility to report the crimes? I keep wondering what their parents would think if only they knew.

The mob of more than 4,000 people came for titillation, and they got it. One woman stood on a platform above the crowd, masturbating. A man streaked by; another climbed a light post and exposed himself ... Dozens of women bared their chests in exchange for Mardi Gras beads. But as the crowd became more inebriated, friendly groping morphed into assault ... Women got punched and kicked, and women were punching and kicking," he said. "A 13-year-old girl will be one of our arrestees."

Woman Sues Over 'Girls Gone Wild'

THE ASSOCIATED PRESS | January 22, 2002

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — A woman who bared her breasts at Mardi Gras and got worldwide exposure has sued the producers of the ``Girls Gone Wild'' videos, claiming they invaded her privacy and used her image without permission.

Becky Lynn Gritzke, a Florida State University business major, admits in her lawsuit that she was among the women who removed their tops at Mardi Gras last year in exchange for beads and trinkets.

A month later, Gritzke said, she was surprised to find out that she not only appeared in the video series featuring women baring their bodies, but was also seen in the TV ad and Web site.

Gritzke is seeking unspecified damages.

Ronald E. Guttman, an attorney for MRA Holdings LLC, the video's producers, said there is no privacy protection for people who take their clothes off in public, especially at a big public event where many people have cameras.

Guttman has asked a Florida court to dismiss the lawsuit, which was filed in September.

These immoral God-haters go to places like Mardi Gras to film women taking their clothes off, so they can sell the video's and make millions of dollars.  Mardi Gras has become synonymous with nakedness, lots of alcohol, and fornication.  This is how EVIL Mardi Gras is. 
 

Mardi Gras is Catholicism at it's Best!

New Orleans' Mardi Gras has become synonymous with drunkenness, nudity, homosexuality, pornography, idolatry, and every other form of sin imaginable. They even display a Golden Cafe for people to adore and worship ...

The bull is the Old Testament symbol of Baal. 1st Kings 12:28,19:18; Exodus 32.  Baal the bull is symbolic of strength and fertility. God condemns the production and worship of idols. Yet many in the church do just that, worship idols. 

Exodus 23:13, "And in all things that I have said unto you be circumspect: and make no mention of the name of other gods, neither let it be heard out of thy mouth."

Steeped in Egyptian, Grecian, and Roman fertility rites. Half of the parades celebrate and honor false gods. The rest promote sex and drunkenness."

To no surprise, Mardi Gras is a Catholic holiday, with Lent following the sinful celebration. I've known many Catholics in my life, and I've yet to meet one who wasn't a total heathen. I worked with a Filipino man, a Catholic, who would pray the Rosary at work each day, and then take out a Playboy Magazine afterwards. I don't condemn him, for I am a sinner like anybody else; but something is wrong with a religious man who has no shame in pornography.

The reason is because the Catholic religion is a fraud. From the cradle-to-the-casket, Roman Catholicism has a religious package for you. They'll baptize your infants, bury your dead, and send you straight to Hell when you die. Jesus plainly warned in the Bible about false religions which teach the traditions of men instead of obeying the Commandments of God (mark 7:6-13). Romans 10:3-4 also warns against those who go about to establish their own righteousness, instead of submitting to the righteousness of God which is found only by faith in Jesus Christ (Galatians 3:26). Religion wants to fit you with glasses, but the Lord wants to open your eyes with the truth. Jesus said that he came into the world to bare witness of the truth (John 18:37).

This sums up Catholicism—religion without truth, churchianity without Christianity, salvation without Jesus Christ. Catholicism is straight out of the pits of Hell. Billions of lost sinners will someday burn in Hell, as many are now, because they trusted in men's traditions instead of upon the Word of God. Jesus warned in Mark 7:7-9, "Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men... Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition." Oh how foolish are the followers of Catholicism, who have allowed themselves to be defiled by the Mother of Harlots (Revelation 17:5). 

Mardi Gras is the epitome of the Catholic Church (Roman and Orthodox). They smile in God's face like everything's ok; but their hearts are FAR from God in sin ... "Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me" (Mark 7:6). Mardi Gras is the Catholic Church! Mardi Gras is of the Devil.
 

Apostate Minster says, “I'd like to go to Mardi Gras Someday”

I couldn't believe my ears when I heard a pastor say to me, "I'd like to go to Mardi Gras in New Orleans someday." He ought to fall on his knees and beg God for forgiveness. Talk about a neo-evangelical deadbeat! Why would any professed believer want to go to a Mardi Gras festival unless your deliberately wanting to live in sin? That's as bad as lot.  Remember, Lot (Abraham's nephew) initially didn't intend on moving into Sodom to live—he simply pitched his tent toward Sodom, "...and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom" (Genesis 13:12). "Pitched" means that Lot deliberately faced the opening of his tent towards Sodom; thus, Lot's sinful heart was already in Sodom. 

Carefully notice that by Genesis 14:12, exactly one Bible Chapter later, Lot LIVED IN SODOM!!! Oh listen friend—sin always keeps you longer than you intended to stay, sin always costs you more than you intended to pay, and the Devil always pays in counterfeit money!

Oprah Winfrey's Damnable World Exposed

“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.” —1st John 4:1

       Talk show host Oprah Winfrey is an imposter! Although she professes to be a Christian, she condemns herself by her own words, clearly revealing that she is NOT a Biblical Christian in any sense. This is how Satan operates—through deception. Oprah is very DANGEROUS!

Tragically, Oprah is leading millions of people astray from the truth with her false religion, and make no mistake, it is a religious show. Oprah speaks of prayer, spirituality, finding the light, spiritual awareness, faith and twists the Scriptures to support her New Age doctrines of devils. Her religion sounds enough like Christianity that people are buying into it; but it's a road to Hell. Oprah can simply mention a book and it instantly becomes a New York Times Best Seller. That is power! Oprah never mentions Jesus Christ, just God and it’s not the God of the Bible.

Jesus came to say, “Look I’m going to live in the body, in the human body and I’m going to show you how it’s done.” These are some principles and some laws that you can use to live by to know that way. And when I started to recognize that, that Jesus didn’t come in my belief, even as a Christian, I don’t believe that Jesus came to start Christianity…

OPRAH WINFREY (HOST): You have a rich array of gems from which to draw illumination. The world’s religious traditional, mythology, psychology, healing methods, scientific wisdom, your own experience and that you can begin to string a necklace all your own… And so it’s really a question of… this material [which] strikes a chord within you.

Clearly, Oprah DOESN'T recognize Jesus as the Christ Who came to redeem us from OUR SINS. Sadly, Oprah is unsaved and bound for the Lake of Fire. According to Oprah's flawed thinking, a person doesn't need to become a Christian to go to Heaven. She is a liar and an antichrist according to 1st John 2:22 because she denies that Jesus is the Savior of mankind. Oprah thinks unbelievers can find some OTHER WAY to Heaven; but John 10:1,9 plainly warns... “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber... I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” Oprah is hellbound in her sin of unbelief. John 10:1 calls Oprah a thief and a robber.

Oprah worships ANOTHER JESUS... “For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him” (2nd Corinthians 11:4). Oprah is of the Devil.

The Bible clearly tells us that Christ Jesus of Nazareth is God Almighty in human flesh (1st Timothy 3:16), i.e., the Godhead incarnate (Colossians 2:9) and the totally unique—one of a kind—Son of God...

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God… And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth… No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him… Jesus said to him, Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me...  For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.” (John 1:1,14,18; 14:6, Colossians 2:9, King James Bible).

Oprah has sold her soul to the Devil, promoting a demonic New Age religion which has no need for Jesus Christ. She is leading people down a path of destruction... “In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power” (2nd Thessalonians 1:8,9). Please don't be a fool by following a fool... Oprah is an unbelieving fool.
 

Oprah Promotes New Age Heretic, Marianne Williamson!

Oprah promotes numerous New Age authors, including Marianne Williamson, a New Age minister and author. Williamson is the author of “A Return to Love,” in which she describes how A Course In Miracles (a demonically inspired book) changed her life.

In a 1992 article concerning Williamson, the Los Angeles Times wrote:

This self-described “Jewish unwed mother” has become the foremost interpreter of “A Course in Miracles,” the 1,200-page tome she first noticed on a friend’s coffee table about 15 years ago, not long after it was published. “Students” of the course, which has sold 750,000 copies, are told that it was dictated by Jesus Christ himself over a seven-year period to an emotionally tortured psychologist named Helen Schucman.

Here's a few demonic teachings from the book, A COURSE IN MIRACLES, that Williamson claims changed her life...

•  A “slain Christ has no meaning.” pg. 10

• “The journey to the cross should be the last ‘useless journey.’ ” pg. 11

• “Do not make the pathetic error of ‘clinging to the old rugged cross.’” pg. 12

• “The Name of Jesus Christ as such is but a symbol… It is a symbol that is safely used as a replacement for the many names of all the gods to which you pray.” pg. 13

• “God is in everything I see.”14

• “The recognition of God is the recognition of yourself.” pg. 15

• “The oneness of the Creator and the creation is your wholeness, your sanity and your limitless power.” pg. 16

• “The Atonement is the final lesson he [man] need learn, for it teaches him that, never having sinned, he has no need of salvation.” pg. 17

That is blasphemy! According to her website, “Williamson is an internationally acclaimed spiritual teacher.” Yeah, she's a spiritual teacher going around teaching people that they're not sinners and don't need salvation. The Bible calls her a liar and an antichrist (1st John 2:22). Williamson is an unsaved Modernist who speaks of spiritual matters; while denying the sinfulness of mankind and the reality of the gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 6:23). How dare anyone call clinging to the old rugged cross a "pathetic error." There is NO salvation apart from the name of Jesus Christ...

"Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:10-12).
 

Beware of Marianne Williamson!

Marianne Williamson is an unsaved Modernist, a false prophet, who denies Jesus Christ (as does Oprah Winfrey). She also denies that mankind is sinful. Oprah is extremely dangerous because she introduces her viewers to Christ-rejecting, heathen authors who deny the fundamental teachings of God's Word. In sharp contrast to New Age philosophy, the Scriptures condemn ALL MANKIND as sinners. Romans 3:23 says: “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”

Williamson's bible is A Course In Miracles, which teaches on pg. 17 that man has never sinned and thus needs no salvation nor Savior. This is the doctrinal trash which Oprah promotes. Whereas the Scriptures condemn mankind as being SINFUL (Romans 3:10) and GUILTY BEFORE GOD (Romans 3:19); Oprah and her New Age heretics teach that people only make mistakes and never sin, so they don't need to be saved. Oprah is blinded by her own wickedness and has chosen the path of darkness. Please don't follow Marianne Williamson into hellfire.

Ms. Williamson and Oprah are giving people false hope. They are both of the Devil. There is only one way to God the father and that is through a personal relationship with God the Son, i.e., the Lord Jesus Christ... “Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith... For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus” (Galatians 3:24,26). It's Jesus or Hell.

Jesus Christ’s name is not a symbol, He is the way to salvation... “To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins” (Acts 10:43).

Without the “CROSS” there would be no payment for OUR SINS. Jesus sacrificed His literal precious blood to pay for OUR SINS... "Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot." Amen!

Oprah is more dangerous than Satan worshipers because she comes across as such a good person and claims to be a Christian; but she is a phony. The Devil is a beautiful liar. The New Age gospel of Oprah which ignores man's sin leads to eternal destruction. There can be no salvation without repentance, which requires that mankind become GUILTY before God, condemned by God's holy Law. God will save anyone who comes as a GUILTY sinner, believing upon the Savior Jesus Christ for forgiveness. Please read, Who's the Biggest Sinner? and You Need HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS!

Oprah's Ministry of Doom

Oprah Winfrey has actually referred to her daytime talkshow as her “ministry.” I guess that makes her a sinister minister. It is not unusual for Oprah to talk of God and spirituality; but Oprah has rejected the God of the Bible. Strangely enough, there are some striking similarities between false prophets Joel Osteen and Oprah Winfrey...

Joel and Oprah are faith brands, products that sell spirituality using sophisticated marketing and branding tools. Specific among those tools are: creating a name and recognizable logo and creating a mythology around the brand. Here, too, Joel and Oprah are similar in that they present a rags-to-riches story that suggests if you follow what they present you too can be like Joel or Oprah. ¹

Modern psychology ignores the reality of sin; therefore, it is inherently flawed through and through. Oprah's New Age guests are all unsaved heretics who don't believe the Scriptures concerning sin, judgment or God's plan of redemption by way of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

Here is a powerful quote from the mighty man of God, and Bible teacher, M.R. DeHaan, M.D. ...

"Has it ever struck you, as it has me, that the world has tried desperately hard to rid itself of even the very mention of the word sin? It has almost entirely disappeared from the world's vocabulary. We can pick up our newspaper or magazine and read all the accounts of violence and atrocity and murder and dishonesty, but seldom are these things called "sin." Writers talk about crime and violence and death and murder and immorality, but the word SIN is carefully avoided.

Now all of this becomes very significant, for we believe it to be an attempt, consciously or unconsciously, to get rid of the idea of sin. But sin is still sin, and until there is a revival of preaching against sin in all of its awfulness, as a filthy damning rebellion against God, which it is, there cannot be a revival, but the world will continue getting worse and more rotten and more sinful than ever. By the grace of God, we, therefore, shall lift our voice against sin, not merely as a human weakness, not merely as the mistakes of a race trying to climb upward by evolutionary process, but as that vicious, selfish, filthy thing which lies at the basis and root of all man's troubles and trials, and which is a rebellion against a thrice-holy God, which must result in the punishment of the sinner in an eternal Hell, unless it is taken care of by the blood atonement of the Son of God. That is why we preach on the subject of the blood, the only God-given remedy for sin."

New Age Movement The Religion Of The New World Order

 DO NOT BE DECEIVED!

We hear a lot these days about having an "open-mind"; BUT, it's one of the biggest fallacies today.  So many people nowadays, who think they have an open mind, are actually very closed-minded to the truth. 

We are living in a brainwashed generation of people, who have bought into the New Age Movement, hook, line, and sinker.  The basic tenet of New Age is that there is NO one correct spiritual pathway to the light, i.e., what they perceive as god.  Rather, they believe that there are MANY paths to the light.  New Agers all profess to be "open-minded" towards other faiths, no one dare condemning any particular faith as being wrong.  Thus, the New Age Movement is VERY ecumenical, i.e., differing faiths who are willing to UNITE in error, rather than to be DIVIDED over truth.  Of course, the Word of God commands all believers to be divided over truth (2nd Corinthians 6:14-17). 

There is much peer pressure in the world today to join the New Age Movement (which is simply the religion of the New World Order, i.e., the Beast system of the coming Antichrist).  We hear a lot of propaganda nowadays about diversity, and tolerance towards other faiths, homosexuals, and the wicked in general.  This is the "political correctness" of our day.  If the Antichrist is to successfully usurp the reigns of power when he is revealed (2nd Thessalonians 2:6), then he is going to need the masses of this world all thinking the same way.  New Age is a diabolical Satanic religion which prohibits it's adherents from denouncing any other faith as being wrong, or false.  Consequently, New Age suppresses the truth.  In a tragic paradox, New Agers who profess to be open-minded are in reality closed-minded to the truth, because according to New Age teaching no one group can be exclusively correct in their beliefs.  So even if one group had the truth, it wouldn't matter, because New Age forbids accepting one faith as being more valid than another.  In essence, New Age declares that all religions are equal.  In New Age, there can be NO one exclusive path to Heaven. 

Open-mindedness is the biggest lie of our day.  MOST people who think they are open-minded are actually closed-minded to the truth.  In their very attempt to be "open-minded," they foolishly refuse to believe that any one faith or spiritual teaching could possibly be 100% truthful over all other conflicting teachings.  The inherent nature of the New Age mentality is extremely closed-minded!!!  In New Age, you're not allowed to say that Jesus Christ is the ONLY way to Heaven.  In John 14:6 Jesus clearly stated, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."  That is an exclusive statement!  Jesus is claiming to be the absolute ONLY way to Heaven!  Hence, if you want to find life, truth, and the way to Heaven--then you MUST come to the Father through God the Son, Jesus Christ!  All other religious teachings and faiths are a lie, and can only lead to Hellfire and destruction (2nd Thessalonians 1:8).

I ask you friend... why couldn't there be just one way to Heaven?  Who are New Agers to arrogantly and hypocritically claim that there is NO one way to Heaven?  How do they know that?  What is the basis upon which they came to those beliefs?  You see, anyone can ignorantly contend that sincerity is all that matters, and that there are numerous paths to the light; BUT, that's NOT what the precious Word of God teaches.  We read in Proverb 14:12, "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death."  Again in Matthew 7:22-23 we find that misguided sincerity is a guaranteed ticket into the Lake of Fire... "Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."  The Word of God is concise, stating exactly what God expects from us sinners in order to go to Heaven.  No one has to wonder if they're going to Heaven.  We can know for certain (1st John 5:13).  New Age teaches the direct opposite, i.e., that the path to god is unclear and all we can do is our best.  As you have seen in Matthew 7:21-23, their best wasn't good enough.  Your best won't be good enough either.

You need HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS.  Also, please read But to Him that Worketh Not.  Please don't fall for the Devil's big lie that we should all be open-minded to the point of denial, where we dare not even consider the possibility that there may indeed be ONLY ONE WAY to Heaven.  Thus, New Age is extremely closed-minded because it refuses to consider such a possibility.  In New Age, everyone wins--there is no condemnation, no judgment, no Hellfire, no need for repentance, etc.  The Antichrist will capitalize on people's willing ignorance of the truth ... "And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved" (2nd Thessalonians 2:10).  I can assure you from the Bible that there is ONLY one way to Heaven--and that is through the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 4:10-12).  True, there are thousands of different religions today; but consider this fact... religion DIDN'T die for your sins, Jesus Christ DID!  Thus, salvation is NOT found in ANY religion; but only in a Person--the Lord Jesus Christ!  We are all hell-deserving sinners, guilty, under the condemnation of God's Law (Romans 3:19); but Jesus is the Savior who paid for our sins (Romans 5:8).  It is Jesus' blood sacrifice that takes our sins away forever...

"Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot." -1st Peter 1:18,19

If you consider me closed-minded because I believe that the Bible is God's Word, and that Jesus is the only Christ, then so be it.  However, the truth is that there's not a more closed-minded group of people today than those who adopt New Age teachings.  Most people today have been infected with New Age thinking and don't even realize it.  If you believe that there are many paths to the light, then you are infected!  I've witnessed the Gospel to many people who refused to let go of the damnable notion that sincerity is all that matters.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  The Bible is written in black ink, and says what It says.  God's will is revealed in His Word.  Yet, so many people today foolishly think that God will honor their sinful self-righteousness, false religion, and misguided sincerity.  Again, Matthew 7:22-33 WARNS, "Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."

Unsaved people who are truly open-minded will accept the possibility that Jesus Christ is the ONLY way to Heaven.  To deny this is the epitome of being closed-minded.  Most people today are very close-minded, and hostile towards the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Oprah Winfrey is a perfect example of a closed-minded person.  She refuses to accept the possibility that the Bible could be true, i.e., that Jesus is the ONLY way to Heaven.  Thank God, we do believe this as Christians, and have trusted upon the Lord to forgive our sins, and our names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life in Heaven.
