I think that's a brilliant idea to use all those garbage around the beach into something unique yet usable by litterers themselves...lol. The positive thing is litterers are rewarded through it in the hands of a 63 year old German artist! At the same time the artist and the community is rewarded by their guests if they rented it out. "Save the Beach Hotel".
