"According to Chinese legend, tea was invented accidentally by the Chinese Empero Shen Nong when leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant dive into a heated open pot of water." Each country tea drinkers would have had their own history when it comes to tea. Unfortunately history does not record everything when it comes to history of all things under the sun. :-)
